       3. Minutes of the AGM held on 13^th December 2022

       4.To receive a copy of Elevate's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2023, together with the Trustees' report and

           auditor's report on those accounts

       5.To confirm appointment of the external Auditors of the Company

       6. CEO Report

       7. Diocese: Annual Reports to Members

       8. If you would like the Members to respond to any questions at the AGM, please submit these in writing by 

           12 noon Monday 27^th November 2023 to
